Thanks to the internet there is no shortage of lists that purport to give us "The Best of...". Take a look at this one regarding the best movie villians. There are some great choices. I particularily enjoyed Dennis Hopper as Frank Booth in David Lynch's Blue Velevt. He ranks very high on "creepy wierdo" scale.
