I had a chance to chat with Tom Langenhorst today regarding the annual DU banquet that will take place this year on Thursday Jan 31. As always I am amazed at all the planning that goes into making this one of the area's biggest nights. The event was started way back in 1973 ( that does not really seem that long ago) by some outstanding community leaders including the late Bill Brauer, a man I had the great privilege to know. There will be only 250 tickets sold to the event so you better purchase yours today. The prizes are amazing and there will be no shortage of good times had by all.
