Medicare and the H1N1 Vaccine. The H1N1 virus vaccine will be provided to Medicare Part B beneficiaries as an additional preventive, no cost is involved, it is treated like the flu vaccine. For those individuals who have a Medicare Advantage plan you may need to contact your company to see how that vaccine will be treated.

Medicare and the Flu shot – Beginning in October the FDL County Health Department along with other facilities will be conducting flu shots. Medicare Part B will be paying for those shots. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan you may want to contact your plan to see how they will be treated.

Utility bill
All gross income for previous 3 months (everyone in home)
Income 2009-2010 Season:
$1,953 a month or $23,435 per year for individuals
$2,554 a month or $30,645 per year for couples
*Crisis funding – if get grant but doesn’t cover costs they can still get additional funding
